Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to craft a seamless, intuitive, and modern interface for our AI recruitment platform. Key Responsibilities: 1. Own the end-to-end design process, from wireframes and user flows to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes. 2. Build and maintain a scalable Design System to ensure visual consistency across Mobile (App) and Desktop (Mac/Web) platforms. 3. Innovate on Human-AI interaction patterns, making complex AI data (matching scores, insights) easy to understand. 4. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate rapidly. Qualifications: - A strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and data-heavy SaaS or Consumer App designs. - Expert-level proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools. - Deep understanding of iOS/macOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design. - Passion for creating "Emotional Value" through micro-interactions and refined aesthetics.
